EGM Group and KME Italy finalize the ILNOR project

EGM Group and KME Italy, two groups that together tell over 300 years of Italian metallurgical history, have recently signed the corporate agreement which represents a further step forward in the realization of the shared strategic path, with the aim of providing synergistic services through whole chain value of rolled copper and its alloys.
As part of the agreement, on 20 May 2021, the company ILNOR was established, in full continuity with the EGM Rolled Products business unit, both from a production and commercial point of view, with all the assets organized for the its exercise, as well as all the activities and structures connected to it.
Therefore, starting from 4 June 2021, the new company ILNOR Srl is fully operational and ready to act with the level and professionalism typical of the market in which it operates.
